Accused of sexual assault on multiple occasions, stating to his friends that he can get away with grabbing women by the p*ssy, and openly mocking victims of sexual assault, Donald Trump has created a world of entitlement and suffocating testosterone. A world where a man accused of sexual assault by multiple women can be confirmed as a supreme court justice. Where we are constantly questioned about how we provoked a man to trigger the catcalling and advances. A world where being a woman has become an embarrassment. An insult. The organization Just Girly Things stands for the opposite. We strive to create a positive and safe environment for girls of all backgrounds to come together and discuss what being a woman in today's society entails. We are here to encourage one another and offer support in one's time of need. We want to be a shoulder to cry on and a friend to laugh with. We want the bonds that are formed at our events to not only represent female empowerment, but to last a lifetime.
